Returns & Refunds policy

At V2N, we strive to provide high-quality research support services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation Before Work Begins – A full refund is applicable if the cancellation request is made before we start working on your project.

  2. Partial Completion – If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the work done.

  3. Quality Concerns – Refunds for quality issues will be considered only if the client provides valid proof of discrepancies against agreed deliverables.

  4. Delayed Delivery – If we fail to meet the committed deadline without prior notice, a partial or full refund may be issued.

  5. No Refund for Completed Work – Once the project is fully delivered, refunds will not be issued unless the work does not meet the agreed specifications.

  6. Revision Requests – Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to request revisions to address concerns.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the service. The final decision on refunds rests with V2N, ensuring fairness and transparency.
